Masonic Children & Family Services 2020 Fall Fund Drive

Masonic Children & Family Services of Texas • 1240 Keller Parkway, Suite 200 • Keller, TX 76248 www.mcfstx.org Families sending children back to school this year have new challenges, including rising costs, keeping their children healthy and safe – and making sure they do not fall behind. While some schools are opening around the state, others have decided to provide virtual learning. It’s no secret that the cost of sending children to school is rising. The expense for virtual learning has only increased the burden on households that now need laptops, internet service, and other supplies. In addition to these rising costs, families are faced with difficulties paying their rent, utilities, and other basic necessities. At MCFS we are able to assess the needs of each family reaching out for help. Our goal is to make life better for kids and parents this year as they navigate the changes and challenges. While this may not be a “normal” school year, together, we can still make it a great one for kids. Our programs enable us to change lives by providing help to families that have no place else to turn. Our organization has been working diligently to care for children for over a century, beginning with the Masonic Home and School in Fort Worth, Texas, where children were provided a place to live, an education, medical and dental care, and all that they needed. Time has passed, and the landscape has changed, but our dedication and commitment to children have remained steady. Please consider donating today to help support our Fall Fund Drive. Your support directly impacts a child in need, and whether your gift helps a family keep a roof over their head or buy school supplies, your gift makes a difference to someone. Sincerely, Shannon Davis Executive Director Masonic Children & Family Services of Texas continues to provide for families that need us – and we can do that because of donors like you!
