Parents know what is best for their own child. When children need therapies that are out of reach as a result of a family’s financial struggles, they often feel they have no place else to turn. Our programs step in to help when it’s needed most. It is difficult for a family to transport a child that depends on a wheelchair for mobility. The simplest trips for things like school, family outings, or doctor’s appointments are difficult without a vehicle that is modified to safely accommodate their child. We have provided special needs vehicle conversions for several families. This relieves the pressure for the parent and the family. It also means that their child can be safely transported any place they need to go without the worry of proper restraint or inadequate safety. HERE ARE A FEW WAYS YOUR DONATIONS CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE! CHILD AND FAMILY PROGRAM We provide innovative programs to assist with food, clothing, medical care, dental services, counseling, basic living needs such as rent and utilities, and even emergency relief during times of a statewide crisis. Our programs make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
